Probably one of the best moon cakes I have eaten and it is with a skin that I that normally do not like – Snow-skin.
The Snow-skin Champagne Truffle and Ganache Mooncake 冰皮香槟巧克力月饼 by Raffles Singapore came in a no-frills box but the content was non no-frills! It was impressive!

A nice fragrance wafted out once the box was opened!
There are no preservatives so please keep it refrigerated or consume it immediately. Trust me, it will be gone before you know!

Everything just seemed to melt in your mouth, inclusive of the snow skin! Get drunk (I am joking!) on the Champagne truffle at the centre of the mooncake…. 🙂 no wonder this is the perennial favourite from Raffles Singapore! Get yours while stocks last!
