A Happy Duck Rice 开心鸭饭, $3.50 to make me happy as I am really unhappy with a bad pounding headache and forced out of the house into the haze to see a doc. :'(
I am not too sure if this is the same stall that has been in the Choon Boon Market and Food Centre for ages but the people queuing to buy the duck rice never stops.
My Happy Duck rice comes with half a hard boiled egg, braised beancurd & peanuts and thinly sliced duck breast drizzle with a sweet and delicious braised sauce. The portion is generous for $3.50 and it comes with a free soup that was very delicious too! Did I mention that the chilli is must eat too?! If you happen to be in this area, do give this duck rice a try. Cheap and good 😉
