My dinner today! Nissin Mini Cup Noodles that I brought back from Japan! 😀 Perfect for a chilly night and when you do not want to eat too much for dinner! I had no idea what flavour it was when I bought it at Lawson (a convenience store like 7-11 in Singapore) near our hotel in Sapporo. All I knew was I wanted to try the different flavours too as I had tasted the seafood one for brekkie after one of my travel companion tried one of the minis and said it was very nice!
Opening it up and thrilled to see it filled with ingredients! I see so many shrimps, chunks of eggs, spring onions and some brown bits which I think are either chicken or pork. This has more ingredients than our normal cup noodles (i think)!
Cannot wait for it to be ready! 😛
My mini cup noodle is ready to be eaten! All the dry ingredients have soaked up and water and expanded. Look at how big a chunk the egg has become!Yummy..

Another view of the lovely noodles. It is sooooooo smooth and moist! Goes so well with the soup that I slurped it up in no time. Wish that I had a regular instead of a mini!
If I did not remember wrongly, this should be the receipt for this 36g mini cup noodles and yes, it cost only¥108 (~SGD$1.40) !
After much googling, I finally found the description of what I have eaten here. Do note that this noodle is not halal as it contains flavoured pork mince/meat so muslim friends who like instant noodles, please take note and avoid this. For those who have no restriction, give it a try if you do visit Japan. Something that you can bring back as a souvenir. ;p maybe next time when i am there, i will buy a carton back! Haha..
