Trying out Monster Curry and experiencing its huge plate and portion for the first time!
Visited Monster Curry located on Level 2 at Vivo City (beside Kim Gary) and you queue to order before heading into the restaurant to take a seat and the food was served very quickly.

This is a portion to share for 2 person and really caught my eye but everyone opted for the individual portion instead of this. Unbelievable right? This looks way more interesting than one big slab of meat 😛

My Lunch – Shrimp Tempura Curry, $13++, with an onsen egg at level 1 spiciness and a matcha latte.

My flame came in the shape of a heart <3. Luckily I only opted for level 1 as I found it a tad spicy. Anymore and I would not be able to taste my food. 😛 People who love spicy food can challenge their Monster hot which is served with 5 portions of chilli padi sauce!

I chose this over the deep fried shrimp curry and I think I made the right choice as it was not oily. The only pity was it was cold.

The food was nice and all of us love the curry. The only grouse all of us had was that the food should be served hot. Most of our meats were cold and that did deduct a lot of points for it being the place to visit. Perhaps we had came too early as we did see that the items were prepared in anticipation of the lunch crowd. Customers who came later were observed to be served pipping hot dishes .
