Never been a fan of Snowskin Mooncake but I think I am slowly being a convert!

There are 2 new flavours this year, the Imperial Yuzu and Cranberry Snow represented by orange/peach and pink in the picture above. The white is Rum and Raisin and yellow is Champagne Truffle & Chocolate Ganache 迷你冰皮香槟巧克力月饼, $68 (8 pieces per box).

It is really good! Even though I only had a quarter of the mooncake, I could taste the rum! It costs $64 for a box 8 pieces of Rum and raisin Chocolate Truffle Snowskin mooncake if you do not fancy other flavours.
Imperial Yuzu – Mini Snowskin Yuzu Chocolate Crunchy Pearl 迷你冰皮柚子香脆珍珠巧克力月饼 (NEW), $66 (8 pieces per box)
Those black bits are the chocolate crunchy pearls and the yuzu flavour can be pretty intense when you bite at the correct spot! HAHA
CRANBERRY SNOW – Mini Snowskin Cranberry & White Lotus 迷你冰皮蔓越莓白莲蓉月饼 (NEW), $66 (8 pieces per box)
I find it so so only maybe because I am not a fan of cranberry but some of my colleagues like it!
I would recommend the rum and raisin one as it is really good followed by the Champagne truffle and chocolate, Imperial Yuzu and Cranberry snow.
