The legendary Jenny Biscuits has landed in my hands! Thanks to my girl friend who hand carried it back for my family and me from her recent Hong Kong trip with her kids without me asking for it!
The unique bear tin containing the delicious biscuits.
This is a large tin and in Singapore, it retails for $25 for a small 4 mix tin to $48 for a large butter cookies.
Address of Jenny Bakery in Hong Kong where you can get your hands on the biscuits at prices much cheaper than Singapore! For details of the location, click here
The address printed in Chinese too.
Looks like the Chinese market is there too!
Opening up my tin to reveal 4 Mix Butter Cookies consisting of the Flower, Raisin Oat, Shortbread and Coffee.
The moment I pulled away the scotch tape, I could smell the lovely fragrance of the biscuits!
From top left clockwise: Raisin Oat, Shortbread, Flower, and Coffee.
I love the flower which is essentially butter cookies and the coffee ones. They just melt in your mouth!
Bottom of the tin stating the expiry date, the ingredients used and the calories of the biscuits.
Having tasted it, I finally understood the lure of this biscuit and why everyone who goes to Hong Kong will want to buy a tin of it back despite the long queues, just like how we gotta buy Shiroi Koibito when we go to Hokkaido. 😛
