Singaporeans can have this Traditional Kaya Butter and Toast meal any time of the day!
Good Morning Nanyang Cafe at Far East Plaza.
The menu and ordering counter
Part of the interior with the old school marble top tables from where we were seated.
The electronic buzzer that you will be given after placing your order.
Kopi from my set which was of the right sweetness without me having to ask for it to be siew dai (less sweet)!
The Otah, $1.50, that I could not resist adding on and was nicely heated up for us!
Our Set A: Traditional Set $4.70 which consisted of Kaya and Butter Toasts, 2 soft-boiled eggs and a coffee.
Love the doneness of the soft boiled egg.
That is how we eat it in Singapore 🙂
With pepper and light/dark soya sauce.
The traditional toasts.
Crispy and yummy with the right amount of home-made Kaya.
For more of the kaya, check out Camemberu post here!
If you work in the area, you can even order from their delivery menu!
Need to try the Ciabatta next!
