Dim Sum @ Xin Cuisine 新故乡, Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium

Lazy Sunday Dim Sum and this will be a lazy post as well! 😛

Trying out the Dim Sum at Xin Cuisine at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium and I shall let the food speak for themselves! 😛

Dim Sum Menu and PB’s Orders! Did not QC it and the food that came can feed a family of 4!

Crispy Roast Pork with Mustard Dip, $15++,  from the Ala Carte Menu

The pork was a tad cold today but the skin was still crispy.

Baked Barbecued Pork Puff with Macadamia Nut, 3 pieces for $5.50++

Pan-Fried Turnip Cake with Home-made Spicy Shrimp Sauce, 3 pieces for $5.50++

Deep-fried home-made Foie Gras and Chicken Dumpling, 3 pieces for $6.80++

The foie gras and chicken was encased in a mochi layer and deep-fried to golden brown.

We were not able to taste any foie gras though. 🙁

Hot Stone “Gou Bu Li”, 4 pieces for $6.50++

Steamed Shrimp Dumpling with Fish Roe, 3 pieces $6++

Crystal Dumpling with Fresh Mushroom and Macadamia Nut, 3 pieces for $5.50++

Was expecting the macadamia nuts to be inside but it was scattered outside instead.

Truffle and Fresh Mushroom Xiao “Long Bao”, 4 pieces $8++

Tasted more like dumplings instead of xiao long bao as the broth was outside instead of inside.

Xin’s Special Sweet, Sour and Spicy Dumpling, 3 pieces for $4.50++

Fresh ingredients and the sauce was very appetizing.

Rice Flour Roll with Prawn, $6.80++

There was a prawn in every section! YUMZ!

Our spread and there were only 2 person at the table! :O

Mango Pomelo with Ice Cream, $10++ – PB still had room for dessert!

The damage for the meal came to up to $106.05 which was almost the same as our previous dinner visit.

If you like good quality food without the bustling crowd and fussy service, this is the place to come 😉 Good for big groups and families with reservations recommended.
