My Minced Meat Fishball Mee Pok Dry, 肉碎鱼肉面乾$3, for lunch today!

Blue Star Fishball Minced Meat Noodle Stall is another stall in the food centre that has a perpetual queue! Its new location is so eye catching as you will see it immediately once you climb up the flight of stairs from the fruit stalls on the ground floor. Thankfully, there is space to queue too! 😛

You can choose from  a variety of fishballs related noodles like Mushroom Minced Meat Noodle (Dry/Soup)香菇肉脞面,  Fishball Noodles (Dry/Soup)鱼圆面, Fish Dumpling Noodles (Dry/Soup) 鱼饺面  or a combination of the different items available from a price of $3/$3.50. Do note that for takeaways, you need to pay an additional $0.20 which is a standard price for takeaway containers in the market.

This is what sets it apart from the rest of the stall but also something very sinful to eat! hehe..

I did not know what was minced meat fishball but decided to order it as the picture looks good and it ended up satisfying me as well. ;P If I am not wrong, it is actually a mixture of minced meat, minced fish and some veg and chilli to make into the big fishballs that you see in my bowl. It is firmer than normal fishballs and something new for a change. 🙂 Definitely value for money! Cheap and good!
